CS Designs Studio is committed to working with each

inherently an artistic process, the client's needs are the
defining consideration. All policies have been carefully
designed to ensure that both client and artist are
completely informed on all aspects of the project in order to
achieve the desired results. We are dedicated to the artistic
process and are equally committed to completing this
process in a professional and respectful manner to make
sure each project reflects the client's unique personality and
The collaboration begins with the consultation. Please be
prepared to spend a minimum of one hour to discuss your
particular project, view portfolio photos and sample boards
of finishes, and to determine your specific color choices. We
will measure your rooms and provide you with an estimate
to complete the project (including necessary materials). All
estimates for Labor are effective for sixty days. Estimates
for Materials may fluctuate depending on price increases
imposed by the manufacturer. Materials costs are never

Upon acceptance of the estimate, CS Designs Studio will provide the client with a contract. A non-refundable deposit is required
to reserve space on the calendar. Specific dates will be set upon receipt of the deposit and signature of the contract. Should a job be
canceled for any reason, the contracted fee will be pro-rated depending on the amount of work performed prior to cancellation plus a
25% cancellation fee based on the contracted labor.
If a sample is required for your specific finish prior to commencement of the job, a Sample Order outlining the finish to be created will
be provided to the client. A fee will be charged to cover time and materials necessary to complete said samples. Please note, all
samples are the legal property of CS Designs Studio.
Should furniture, draperies and accessories need to be removed from the work space, this requirement will be specified in the
contract. It is the client's responsibility to have said items removed from the work space prior to CS Design Studio's arrival on site
to commence the contracted work.
Occasionally a finish will be changed by the client or additional work added to the project once the job has begun. Should this be the
case, a Change Order will be provided outlining the additional work or changes requested. The fees required to accomplish these
changes and/or additions will be clearly stated on the Change Order. A signed Change Order is a legal addendum to the originally
executed contract and constitutes acceptance of the terms by the client.
Balances due on the contracted work will be scheduled depending upon the size of the project and the time frame required to
complete the specific work. This Payment Schedule will be included in the original contract provided to the client at the start of the
